Since 1980 SDB has been performing contracting services throughout the State of Arizona. Our three contracting divisions: Sustaining Operations, Building Division, and Civil Division, have allowed us to expand our services across many sectors including education, high-tech, retail, office, industrial, government, tenant improvement and site development. With the dedication of more than 200 employees, SDB has been recognized with numerous awards over the years. We believe the best results are achieved when people work together as a team. SDB Golf Classic Raises Money for Disabled Veterans
On September 17th the third annual SDB Golf Classic raised over $30,000 for The Disabled American Veterans of Arizona! SDB Inc. sponsored the event along with over 2 dozen other local businesses. Each year the SDB Golf Classic raises money to benefit the DAV of Arizona. Since its inception, the event has donated roughly $66,000 to the organization.

John has a history of over fifty-three years in industrial and commercial construction, performing design-build, negotiated and hard-dollar bid public projects, more recently employed as a senior estimator/ pre-construction manager for Educational, Industrial and Water-Wastewater Treatment Facilities. John has strong capabilities in developing teamwork, conceptual estimating, scheduling, forecasting and value engineering.
